The Pressure Air 2000 is designed specifically to enhance both resident comfort and the prevention of pressure ulcers. The die cut pattern contains over 2000 cells allowing air to pass between the mattress and patient. The base layer contains 24 horizontal die cuts to soften the overall feel, and a 5 degree heel slope allows for pressure offloading of the lower extremities. Available in three standard sizes with optional side bolsters. Custom and bariatric sizes are also available. The Pressure Air 2000 carries a five year warranty and is 100% latex free.
The DermaPlush cover is a breathable, urethane knit synthetic, infinite stretch material with a low moisture vapor transmission (MVT) rate, which prevents fluids from entering the mattress. It is antibacterial and meets federal guidelines for fire resistance and strength. The cover also has a non-skid bottom surface, and a three sided zipper for easy removal, and a zipper flap for increased infection control.
